Ace No. 3 is a no-frills burger joint in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we’ve been grilling the award-winning Ace Burger since 2019. A lot has changed since we opened, but one thing hasn’t: we believe less is more. A great burger doesn’t need a hundred toppings, just solid seasoning and a hot grill. That’s why we partner with Schweid & Sons for premium butcher’s blend patties, seasoned with a custom spice blend made for us by Love Valley. Add a little Comeback Sauce, a side of crispy fries, and a softserve shake, and your meal is made.
